Craft: Promise or Enrolment Invitation Owl
Supplies:
- brown cardstock
- orange, white and black cardstock
- white (or other colour) paper
- brass fasteners
- hole punch
- circle punch
- googly eyes (optional instead of circle punched eyes)
- scissors
- glue stick
- markers (optional)
- template
Instructions:
- Print the first page of the template on the brown cardstock and the second page onto plain paper (whatever colour you want, I did mine on white paper.)
- Cut out all pieces.
- Punch holes where the circles are marked.
- Fasten wings onto the body using brass fasteners.
- Decorate the face - I used circle punches to make the eyes, but you may want to use googly eyes. I cut a freehand triangle for the beak.
- Glue the promise to the owl's tummy. You could also use this spot to put enrolment invitation information.
- Decorate the wings with markers.
- Now, practice your promise - you can open the wings to look at it, then close them to practice.
