Craft: Reindeer Gift Bags

Supplies:reindeer

  • paper lunch bag
  • black cardstock
  • brown cardstock
  • red pom-pom
  • 3 jingle bells per girl
  • various scraps of coloured cardstock (for eyes)
  • markers
  • glue stick
  • hot glue gun
Instructions:
  1. Precut some of the cardstock - each girl will get 1/2 sheet of brown cardstock to make the antlers with (which we folded in half so they would only have to trace one hand, but get two identical antlers).  Also precut the strip of black cardstock to be the reindeer's collar.
  2. After cutting antlers, girls use scraps of cardstock to cut out eyes.
  3. Use a glue stick to glue on the antlers, collar and the eyes.
  4. Use a marker to draw on the mouth and any other details.
  5. We put nametags on the collars - self-adhesive fun foam circles, which the girls wrote either their name or the name of their reindeer on.
  6. Hot glue the bells onto the collar and the pom-pom nose onto the face.
